The Academy of Excellence
was founded by Michael Bergin to promote excellent
standards and service throughout the service and
hospitality industries. The purpose of the Academy is to foster
excellent relationships between businesses and the
public. Michael has some 30 years experience in Sales
and Marketing and he is a Fellow of the Institute of
Sales and Marketing Management. By contacting the
Academy of Excellence they can advise
you on good customer service and referral marketing.
The
Academy of Excellence is an organisation
both representing and promoting quality and service to
encourage the use of skilled people. It does not matter
what line of business you are in, we must set standards.
Its
aims are to protect the skills and integrity of its
members and clearly define the skilled from the non-skilled
thus enabling the general public to choose a Academy
of Excellence member to facilitate the service
they require.
The
Academy of Excellence has members
nationwide. With this membership the Academy has the ability
to negotiate bulk buying power on group discounts.
The Academy of
Excellence has a policy that they will "Mystery Shop" every business
at least twice a year and pass on a report on the outcome. This is
done to ensure that our high standards are strictly adhered to and
to further promote confidence with the general public of the
companies that are recommended by the Academy.
Not only does
the Academy of Excellence keep a watchful eye on the members but
they will also "Grade" the business into three categories - "Gold",
"Silver" or "Bronze". This is done with the intention to give the
members standards both to reach and attain.
